The first course, How to Become an Instructional Design Consultant, HR-OD Analytics have included advice on how to navigate the course writing process using the ADDIE Model. The course is seven modules full of information that will help you begin your career in consulting.
Starting with the How to Become an Instructional Design Consultant course, each module contains writing activities, concepts, downloadable PDFs, and easy to follow instructions and debriefs.
The entire Instructional Design course, all seven modules, is online and may be paused and reviewed repeatedly to make the learning stick!

The ‘How to Become an Instructional Design Consultant’ course provide individuals interested in the field of Instructional Design with several strategies and advice on navigating through the ADDIE model of ISD and how to manage a consulting career in the field using the model. In addition, elements of Agile Development are provided in the course.
This course is FULL of activities and skills practice that will be used to help Training professionals find their strengths in Instructional Design. Technical professionals will also understand how to write their own courses. All professionals and individuals are encouraged to take this course.
In the development of this course, I used my 17 years of combined experience in HR, Training, Instructional Design, Change Management, and OD Consulting. In addition, I pulled from my knowledge and projects working in Oil & Gas, Energy, Aviation, Education, & Telecommunications.
